This lighter style Cabernet Franc is a perfect introduction to dry red wine. It provides rich forward fruit with an earthy finish with low tannins.

|Production notes||The canopy is meticulously managed from fruit set to harvest to ensure minimal MP and maximal airflow and sun exposure. Fruit is hand-picked, destemmed and macerated for a 4 day cold soak prior to primary fermentation which lasted 15 days. Daily punch-downs in small vessels to maximize skin contact prior to pressing for optimal color extraction. A secondary MLF was conducted upon introduction into barrels. Aging for 14 months in American oak barrels.|
