Our first barrel of select varietal was aged 11 months in French oak. This fruit forward vintage captures the essence of the classic deep burgundy varietal. Exceptionally balanced with impressive, rich, earthy notes.

|Production notes||The fruit was handpicked before a gentle destemming. At the winery the primary Fermentation was for 12 days. Skin contact and hand punched down while fermented in small open-top tanks prior to pressing. A secondary ML fermentation was conducted post pressing. The barrel aging for this Pinot Noir was a regimen of one-quarter of new, once-used and neutral French oak. After maturing for 10 months, 12 barrels were selected in to comprise the final blend.|
