This grape was developed by the NY Agricultural Experiment Station specifically for NY climatic condition. The wine possesses a rich deep claret color. It exudes berry flavors with a peppery/spicy bouquet along with a hint of citrus (grapefruit). The pepper resides throughout the wine’s profile (aroma > finish).

This is our third vintage of this unique grape, which is one of the newest grapes developed by the NY Agricultural Experimental Station. It exudes berry flavors with a peppery/spicy bouquet, with a hint of citrus: unique to this variety. A smooth every day red wine good with spicy dishes particularly Thai.
