Each varietal comprising this blend was fermented according to specification profiles associated with the given varietal. Each wine completed an ML fermentation which created another layer of complexity to the overall wine. Eleven months in American oak barrels. The blend was created, bottled and placed on it’s head for 3 years prior to release. |
