|Production Notes||This is single vineyard, estate grown fruit, harvested at peak maturity, fermented in stainless and aged in 80% neutral/20% new oak. Sur-lie was practiced during and post ML fermentation. After aging in barrels for eleven months, the final blend was assembled for bottling and allowed to evolve in bottle for an additional ten months.|
